Victoria's Secret

I was in VS around 11 30 (21/4/23) and the lady working upstairs was an absolute angel, didn't catch her name but wish I had. I asked her for help finding my size in something and she went to the back and returned with some alternatives as they didnt have the colour in my size. She then saw that I was picking up a specific bra and added that it had a matching set that would for with the 5 for 30 deal. She unfortunately mentioned that it didn't have my size but I could order it online if I wanted to, I thanked her and walked downstairs. Around 3 mins later she came down with my size in hand as she had looked again for me and found them in between 2 others. I was so excited and she then helped me choose which of my 5 to put back. A true legend, give that girl a raise fr, 10/10 customer service, sorry I don't know your name - her clothes were cute aswell but she truly made my day.

I have been using Victoria's Secret for 16 years now and they never disappoint.Beautiful in every way. Expensive but very worth it.

Sizes limited I bought gifts for my daughter , got home and , shop assistant had left the sercurity tags on , how do I get them off with out making the long journey back to the store

Sticky, Messy and Dirty - this is how I can describe their body mist section. I was quite shocked by how messy and dirty this section was. The dust on their shelves was visible to the naked eye, the mist bottles and body creams were sticky to the touch and all over the place, and there were zero paper strip to try the fragrance on. I was there for less than 5 minutes, time in which three different sales assistants passed by this mess unbothered. Clearly a reflection of very poor management. Needless to say I won't be stepping a foot back into this messy store. Very unhygienic.

It's a quite wide store with mist, lingerie, bags, casual wear clothes. They have testers and it's a convenient store to look at the collection they have. All the merchandise is arranged amd organised well.

Just wish they did bras for big breasted woman. bigger woman like sexy and fancy underwear just as much as a slim woman

So big with loads to choose from! Lots on offer lots of new items too. The shop is a bit warm as the aircon was broken but service was fab and really pleased with the size choices available as sometimes they only go to samll Cup size which is annoying

I did like this storeAlthough I was disappointed that they didn't have my size in wedding lingerie.I would shop here again as they had a good variety of styles available and the shop is well presented with attentive staff but I would suggest phoning ahead to check if they have bras in your size to save disappointment especially if you are a larger busted lady.
