Lovely apartments. Unbeatable location.

DO NOT rent here1. 200 apartments and all of them have mixed up electricity meters, meaning you pay for someone else's electricity. It's still not fixed.2. There are leaks which they don't fix: I had a leak from the toilet in the 6th floor with fecies spread to the bedroom and the hall- they didn't replace anything (they said they won't despite them being at fault which was proven) and there's a chance you'll live in this apartment. I wasn't the only one affected and that water soaked into the panels and concrete.3. The staff is extremely rude apart from the reception. They won't help with anything. I'm always told to 'do it myself'.4. Everything is not finished properly, my washing machine was leaking, faucet exploded etc.5. In my apartment the windows weren't put in properly and the wall was overlapping them. I couldn't open them and they said they won't fix it.
