Enterprise Car Hire - Birmingham Airport

We arrived to pick up our rental car and we were greeted by Umar who went above ans beyond and was an absolute pleasure to deal with and super helpful. Would highly recommend this company to rent a car from. They are professional, polite and prompt to deal with any queries you may have. We'll definitely be using this service again.

The staff at the Enterprise office at Birmingham Airport are amazing ! I can't praise them enough, especially Callum who puts himself out to help. He couldn't do enough for us and made a difficult day turn out O.K. in the end.We had broken down in our campervan & had to be recovered by RAC. My husband had lost his wallet so we had no driving licence or proof of I.D.Callum tried lots of ways around the problem & came up with a solution, while dealing with other customers at the same time. We couldn't have asked for better service, thankyou guys !

If I could rate 0 I would. This will be the last time I rent with enterprise ever. I rented a car in London that broke down, had to be towed to this Birmingham location at which point they provided us with the only option they had, a car which happened to be electric...our first electric car ever. When we got to our destination and tried to figure out how to charge it we realized we had no cables. We contacted enterprise and they had no solution for us other than to find a charging station with cables throughout the rest of our trip. we documented our problems and also explained that upon returning the vehicle only to come back home and find a $2000 charge for cables which were never given to us from the beginning saying that it is our responsibility for replacing them. we have tried for months to resolve and no one calls us back.

I had a mixed good and bad experience from this company recently.I hired a 7 seater car which had broken car controls for operating windows. Also there was an alarm whilst I was driving that I needed to fill AdBlue for the vehicle urgently. I had to stop along the motorway to get to the gas station to buy . It was a scary and stressful experience with family and children in the car! The customer service was good but not the car!

Smooth car rental process and conveniently located with a very short walk to BHX departures/arrivals. I had a small issue post-collection but it was resolved soon after. Spoke to a gent Callum who had assisted with the matter. Thanks to the rest of the team also!

Such a helpful, friendly and professional Team. This seems to be the case with pretty much all Enterprise offices I've encountered but Birmingham gets a special mention for sure!! Travel is stressful enough, and the BHX team did not add to that stress. Thanks folks :-)

Rented a car 3 weeks ago from Birmingham airport, on return the guy checked the car, he went straight to a tire and found an old tiny cut, obviously he already new what he was looking for because it was old damage and they just wanted to keep my deposit. Big scam, terrible company, don’t trust them, keep away.

Friendly staff, but you are forced to add insurance to your rental, even if your credit card has insurance for car rentals. The final amount charged for this addition is not explained up front, and is deducted from a deposit you are required to leave in addition to your expected rental total.Therefore, the total amount for your rental can easily be double what you expected to pay when making the booking.I highly recommend not renting here.

I recommend Enterprise to anyone. It is easy to book online and there is a good selection of cars which are reasonably priced. When arriving at Birmingham Airport it is easy to find rental cabin where the staff are friendly and helpful. Emanuelle looked after me very well. He explained everything clearly and ensured I received the best service. Will definitely use Enterprise again
