A lot of reviews stated that the staff are great, unfortunately I don't find that, the last two visits I have encountered staff that are really not interested, they can't wait to scurry off, they don't give advice and clearly can't be bothered. Low stock on shelves, one staff member Brendan? Was lovely, as for the ones I asked advice from when returning products that were faulty...... Just couldn't care less!!

Has lots of stock foe all animals on the ground floor with double doors and plenty of room inside so I could access store in my wheelchair disabled parking outside with plenty of general parking

I'm getting another rabbit to join my male rabbit, Brian. I was able to find everything I needed, and the stock was good even for an evening shop! Got everything we needed, and more. The checkout lady was incredibly friendly!

Always very friendly . Two of the staff always remember who we are and ask how our dogs are and their progress since adopting . They are always so supportive and full of ideas on how we can help our dogs. We have had advice from how to help our more nervous dog adjust to being social and how to try and get her interested in playing with toys . Their help has help improve our dogs lives massively . Would recommend going here to anyone and asking advice if you need

Asked one of the staff if she could help me find a doggy item, and she said no, because she was working on small animals that day, but she would go and get someone to help. She didn't and I'm still waiting...
