Blind Design

I don't know where else to put this. Does the behaviour of your drivers count as negative feedback. I was driving down Rullion Road in Penicuik and waited for a driver who was in front of me and started to reverse into a driveway or that's how it looked. So I started to drive on but he was actually using the driveway to do a U-turn and I was forced to stop. He then stopped alongside me and started shouting at me because he decided he was in the right. I retorted he was driving up a driveway and I'm not a mind reader. He was totally out of order. If that is the calibre of drivers you employ, I won't be using your company and actually I did once.
