Ignore those other crappy reviews, they really do treat you like a VIP. I had the couples massage for 30 mins and 2 hour spa / steam room access at £50 each. WOW. It's not very big but it has that personal and relaxed vibe and the staff are so lovely. The massage was great, please do go here. They're worth it.

Fantastic. My husband and I have been clients here for years. We both have the deep tissue and hot stones mainly, but the mineral boost comes highly recommended!. The massages are amazing and really fixes us. Paulina is incredible. She is so friendly, caring, knows her stuff and really makes you feel valued. She is absolutely amazing.

My Partner had a Deep tissue massage and I had a face and body sensation! Great customer service, Left SO relaxed. Lovely, relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. Felt very safe during these times!Thank you! We will be back!

We were given a surprise massage booking by our daughter.What a lovely relaxing venue, the staff are friendly and polite the massage was very good.We would definitely recommend a visit.

I recently came to this spa and had the Elemis experience. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had, I felt like a new person! The spa itself is also beautiful, so clean and has a lovely variety of different facilities. The staff are also so friendly. Would highly recommend!! I will 100% be returning and the experience would make a perfect gift for someone too!

I had a Frangipani Dream treatment with Emily and it really was just that, a dream. Walking into Haven, away from the ground level Christmas madness of the City Centre, it's instant calm and tranquility, you are transported into a totally different world of relaxation. All the staff are welcoming and attentive. Emily was fantastic at talking me through the process of the treatment and gave me plenty of time to undress and get ready. If you're like me and can't decide between treatments, this ticks ALL the boxes. Facial, massage, scalp massage..tick tick tick. With everything thats been going on in the world, this really was a chance to switch off and be pampered. You will not be disappointed by this little slice of bliss

The ladies are always super friendly. My last massage was fantastic, the therapists are super knowledgable and welcoming. The location is fab for parking and the train station. Always a good experience.

Had a lovely experience here for my birthday, me and my partner had a frangipani dream treatment each which were incredibly indulgent and relaxing, great setting and full use of wellbeing spa room. We will definitely be back. Beautifully peaceful zen place.

Was looking forward to it after reading good reviews but was hugely dissapointed by the thermal suite experience; the thermal room was damp, the steam was not working and sauna was too hot to bear, the himalayan salt room was not worth it at all as there was nothing special in it. However the receptionist was very friendly and explained us well. Overall not worth the value.
