Wow, the shop is amazing, they sell all electrical items for home and office's. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The headman manager, team leader, or whatever he is looks after and helps all the staff and customers. He was fantastic he knew everything and jumped from one thing to another and was so polite and happy. The young man who helped us need his help several times. They were very helpful and got us the best deal for what we wanted. The shop was very busy but well organised

Went in with the intention of spending £1000 +Was told of a deal available with a laptop and that the shown price of a tablet was correct.Became clear the shown price of the tablet was incorrect, the girl suddenly told us it was now out of stock !!OK, we'll leave that ....Laptop and 2 SD cards (30% off the SD cards as offered)No thank you I don't require the Currys insurance at £120 per year .....Then I can't give you 30% on the SD cards, it only apply with certain products.Oh dear, I replied, your not doing very well ......At which I was told by the sales girl there was no need to 'slander' her. When asked what she meant she said I was disrespecting her ... at which point I decided I wouldn't be buying and left.I did head back into the store to speak to the manager, but he couldn't care less.

Decent size store so likely to find the very vanilla of products at a price point that's higher than average.Do not expect to find a basic cables range, all their products are usually gold plated or jazzed up in some way that involves an extra £10 being added to the price point especially if the word Sony or Philips is on the packaging. For example a usb3.0 to hdmi adapter is almost £50, online elsewhere you can get something that does exactly the same for £10 (tried and tested).I understand you have to serve the masses so people can come in and buy washing machines, TVs and other appliances of which the process is simple and effective. So in conclusion if you're desperate and will pay anything or prefer to have a physical building to return faulty goods then you can't go wrong.

The staff is more intrested in chatting with each other rather then helping customers. I lost my will to buy a product after half an hour of waiting . Less customers then stuff at that point.

Very underwhelming. Store has a reasonable choice of white goods and small kitchen appliances. TV and technology limited choice and very small when it comes to accessories.Staff are very unhelpful and not particularly knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go there if I had questions or needed help.

Average sized store. The item that I wanted to buy wasn't available in store and they had no stock or could not advise when any stock would be coming in.I was advised to go online and purchase but they would not be able to deliver to store for collection so would be a home delivery.Staff were all bunched up together and talking and chatting to each other which made a nice change from being followed round the store and asked every 5 minutes if you need help.Car Park outside was fairly quiet but it does share with the Home Store next too it.

No wonder On line such as Amazon are getting the business. Went in to purchase a printer which I needed urgently. Totally ignored by the staff. Asked 3 so called sales assistants at service desk for help, told to find someone on sales floor. Right, there were 2 so called staff with one customer, I was ignored standing close enough to hit one of them. A girl on The floor said it wasn't her job ...another was just chatting to a person by TV area but not talking about a sale........walked out and spent £450 on a printer on Amazon delivery next day. When Currys goes bust, blame the management and so called sales staff who could not give a hoot.....hope they enjoy being made redundant.Very angry!!!!

Has pretty decent prices, we went in to buy a microwave. We found a couple that we liked and I went to find someone to help get us one, however it seemed to be that for every customer there were two members of staff helping them, so nobody was available. Surely it only takes one member of staff to help one customer? Anyway, I eventually flagged down someone who wasn't really doing anything but he said he was busy running the floor" which... Didn't seem like he was all that busy at all honestly

Shop empty , explained to one guy what I was looking for . He then asked three other guys standing behind a counter talking , one said what. Then when he asked for one of them to help their body language was that they were not interested. Told them I’ll leave it walked out.
