If possible use an alternative agency!!Sealey walker jarvis are a organisation that will take your money and not support you as either a landlord or tenant.Being a tenant for 4 years with not one missed payment counts for nothing.I became a victim of domestic abuse and had to flee for my own safety. SWJ have no sympathy for victims and gave no support in removing the perpetrator from the property. They have billed me even though I have given notice and left and are still holding me accountable for a person who has refused to leave. Expecting me the victim to go back and remove the person I fled from.Zero support for victims.They also lie to benefit themselves. In 2019 I reported a faulty window that wouldn’t open. The landlord didn’t want to pay for the repairs after contractors had access and gave quotes. 3 more quotes later the windows still not repaired and 2023 they suggested we hadn’t given the access?? Lies.Every annual house inspection was given a glowing report, the house is in good order and you’re looking after it. Mould damp and other issues reported but not acted upon.They also breach GDPR Laws and share your information with third parties.They have terrible staff retention, people leave so often that your queries are lost or forgotten and it Doesn’t matter that Directors are aware of issues they conveniently forget!If you’re happy to be unsupported as a tenant then use them. If as a landlord you’re happy to not be supported by them then use them.My advice is stay away from them they may be cheaper than other agencies but there is a reason for that. There are lots of other agencies in and around gravesend that will look after landlords and landlords and tenants much better. Use an alternative it’s safer, don’t get burned like I have.They will try to defend themselves and say that I’m bending the truth, that’s also a lie I have emails and text message which prove my point.Stay away from using them if you can.

Worst agency ever!, a guy called Elliot who works there is so rude. You literally have to chase to get a viewing, when i finally got one, i put through the application as i was very interested. However i had to chase over a week for an update. Unfortunately was told that the landlord had picked someone for the property. I then saw the property had been re listed, I called the agency and was spoken to very badly by Elliot. I Was told to search elsewheere and there are other agencies?? This is very unprofessional and so unnecessary , as for someone who is looking for tenants this was very strange to say? Please avoid at all cost and look at all the bad reviews. Literally everyone is saying the same thing.

Great service from Elliot and the team! Great communication, very clear and easy to contact. The whole process was very smooth from the first visit to collecting the keys. Wish every estate agent could be like this!

In my very first viewing Olivia was patient and very informative as well as honest which I appreciated a lot because when I went to view properties with other letting companies I felt very rushed and my questions were left unanswered.
