We ordered a bulk bag of wood chippings. Really happy with the quality of the product. The delivery was made on the requested day of delivery. The driver from the external courier (Bookers) was very friendly and helpful. Will certainly be ordering again!

I have ordered from this company a number of times whilst renovating our garden. The products ordered have been fine and delivered in a reasonable time. However, I ordered a bulk bag of topsoil and bark for the second time (3rd time for the topsoil) only to find when it was delivered that I had mistakenly ordered wood chippings instead of bark. I thought this would be an easy change as they could drop the new correct one off and collect the other one at the same time - I was wrong! After making three calls to the office I eventually received a call back today to say if I wanted them to drop off the correct bulk bag of bark and take away the wrong ordered wood chippings, I would be charged £69.00 (more than if I was to place a new order!). This is a shame because I liked this company and thought they would offer a better customer service than this. If they have to drop off the new bag which has free delivery, why can’t they collect the old one at the same time. No customer service at all, very disappointing!
