Ricky came out to install our Hive thermometer and we have also called him out for a boiler leak. Very friendly, professional and a very experienced engineer. On both occasions of calling him out to look at our boiler he responded quickly and was there on there on the same day. He also gave very good advice and recommendations for looking at a boiler replacement which we were very grateful for. Would highly recommend using his services.

Absolutely a Ridiculous Company!!I Booked an appointment Saturday morning for the next day because I had a leak from a Radiator, accepting also their tariff for the weekend.I talked with Ricky who was very kind on the phone at the beginning... So I booked an appointment for Sunday... He didn't give a specific time but he told me to stay at home because he would have come and fix my problem that day... The next day (Sunday) I stayed at home all day, I tried to call him 5 times during the day and he never answered the phone or come back to me at all... Absolute lack of professionalism and customer service... Time wasters!!I will not use this company never again, not even for tighting up a nut...Highly NOT recommended!!
