Some people presumably see design as an add-on. I’m not a designer, but I don’t see it that way. It’s partly the stuff of life: in combination with the built environment and nature, it raises the quality of the world we move through.I don’t speak out loud in these profound terms, but it is how I feel, and so to have found Ian Fenton felt like a gift. To take work I care about, and to make it come alive in a way that intrigues or delights the public, and to make that happen merely calling Ian and having him work his magic … it all feels like a gift, and I don’t take it for granted.Do you want to be good?
