As I just purchased a property that I was looking to rent out I gave a few people a call for a full rewire and out of all the companies DEC not only got back the quickest but had the most reasonable price.Not only that he was also able to grab a team and get it started 3 days after it was agreed not only that he also has quality plaster’s and painting to repair the required access and chases.At the end of all of it I was left with a quality install and a no hassle property to safely move my new tenant in thanks to the painter and decorator also for leaving the place perfect.Part of the work also included a certificate which I requiredThanks DEC
