Bought one of their Dual Flashing LED Module for dummy alarms but it has failed within a year. What's the point in buying expensive CR123A batteries with a 3 year life when the rubbish LED's don't even last 1 year. Avoid!!!In response to the owner , I've just checked and I bought it in Nov 21 , so it's over 1.5 yrs old so I doubt I will get a replacement from yourselves. The siren box is water tight so I doubt that was the problem . My previous LEDs lasted over 8 years but your ones 1.5 yrs. It doesn't matter now as I have purchased some other brand , but thank you for your reply.

I've ordered from connectec about 50 times or more. Can honestly say there has never been an error in what was delivered and always arrived exactly when stated. By far and away the best wholesalers I use.I particularly like that when you order you can see that the items are in stock (usually always) so there will be no delay in delivery. I find this extremely helpful in planning work and appreciate this feature very much. Price is excellent and website very easy to navigate, informative and slick. Really like the ability to save a quote to tweek as needed before placing an order.When I have had a technical question, I think I've spoken to Paul a couple of times and he has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Cannot recommended highly enough! We needed some ducting urgently so paid for next day delivery. I left a note for the courier and they printed that on the box, which DPD followed. Thank you so much for your great service. We even received some Haribo in the parcel!

Connectec is a great place to buy your electronics. Low and consistent pricing. I cannot recommend them enough. Right from the start they were great, needed support on choosing the right Baluns for my needs and they immediately helped with their technology knowledge this process was a breeze. Placing the order was straight forward. Items arrived well package the next day. Great customer service, technical and product knowledge and service overall. Very happy and will be using them again.
