The car came back with minor damage and paint from another vehicle in two places, a small scratch and a pen mark on the headlining. I contacted them but this was regarded as 'fair wear and tear'. As they took plenty of pictures when they picked up the car I asked for these to be emailed to verify whether it was there before. From the 20 mega pixel pictures taken, 0.3 mega pixel pictures were sent. I requested the full sized pictures and have been ignored. Not great service, they don't look after your car and don't care if they damage it. The repair was okay but the plastic undertray was left so sharp I sliced my finger the first time I washed it. Sorry, but this is not a way to treat customers and their vehicles.

If you need work done on your car, this is the place to go. They handled dealing with the Aviva insurance company so I never had to pull out my credit card. Excellent service and great people!

Definitely chose the right accident repair centre when the insurance phoned , conscientious is the word I would use to describe the staff involved. It was a Privilege to deal with Bruce , the damage is not noticeable now, Our abode is St Andrews so they were by far closest , Was glad to be acquainted by everyone in Leven - All the best and thank you.

Car went in via my insurance as I had a misfortune encounter with a car park bollard. They were not the quickest at getting the car back to me but a great wee courtesy was provided. They did an excellent job on the repair and they also gave the car a good clean inside and out, which I was most pleased with. I had an issue with my car some time later that I thought was related to the job, turns out it was a separate issue but they assisted me for free regardless.

Car was given to them as part of an insurance claim. Turn around was faster than expected considering the work required and discovery of additional internal damage. Was given a nice courtesy car .They also cleaned my car from top to bottom. Would highly recommend for your bodywork repairs.

From a slow repair to a lack of communication with old and unreliable courtesy van my experience was a disappointment to say the least.They returned my van with an acceptable finish but by no means a good job. Panel gaps and the windscreen washers not working were the worst. The 12 year old courtesy van broke down leaving me stranded and having to pay for my own recovery and I had to drive from Leven fife to Perth to collect a replacement.Overall I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Flawlessness, vehicle was reserved In through protection after a mishap, picked RB Bruce due to their standing. Great correspondence all through and can't blame the paintwork! Thank you

No one at reception door closed no one around to ask for a wuote

Put the car in for repairs 3 weeks later I got the call saying that they were done. When I went for it they wanted me to pay the excess before looking round it after saying no and going for the walk round I realised that they had missed the whole back wing despite knowing they had to repair the whole side. 2nd time around they brought the car to me again asking me to pay the excess over the phone before seeing the car and yet again I sent the car back as there were more scratches on the car than when it had went in. After 2 complaints to my insurance company 3rd time lucky my car was fine...... 4 weeks later.Very poor customer service constantly telling me the customer that I was wrong despite their paperwork siding with me. Wouldn’t recommend
