Lauren is a very warm, compassionate, approachable and knowledgable individual. I felt at ease as soon as I met her I knew I was in safe hands with someone who had my best interests. Very good treatment.Have been to a handful of people in the area and the service here was great, helped me with identifying issues with my back (which ended up being disk problems I didn't even know I had)I am continuing to use the services here if and when it's needed!Very easy to talk to and explain my issues, in return being shown and given routines to help with the pains I've had.They have mproved my drum playing/gym routines where I used to suffer the most!Definitely worth visiting!

After suffering months of arm and shoulder muscle pain I was recommended by my son to make an appointment with Lauren. After contacting Lauren I had my first consultation on 25th October. I can not thank her enough for the most amazing experience…I wanted to be well enough to enjoy Christmas withmy family. Christmas is here and I can’t believe how well I’m feeling!! nearly 100% pain free. I’m no longer taking painkillers and I can now move my arm above my head pain free!!! It’s brilliant. Lauren is amazing and I can’t thank her enough for helping me when I felt so desperate and in constant pain…I can highly recommend her…!!!

I was recommended to this lady by a friend. after having problems with my shoulder (right). As a painter & Decorator, few months ago I hurt my hip (right) in work, I received one treatment, and fallows her instructions, everything is ok since. I would definitely recommend this clinic, to anyone who needs help.Clive
