After a single treatment, a whole layer of trauma and stress had melted away from my body and I can move with a lightness and ease I hadn't felt in quite a while. You know, I had thought I was 'getting old', but really, I was just getting tight. Stephen's deep knowledge of the body and attentive awareness found the keys that unlocked my body and spirit in more ways than I can even say. Highly recommended!

Stephan was recommended to me after suffering a shoulder injury. Within a few weeks he had me pain free. I now see him on a regular basis for a sports massage. This man is amazing I would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend Stephan enough. I started my yoga journey Jan 2019 and so far its been amazing. I have gradually become round shouldered and been suffering from forward neck posture issues as I have become older. I found Stephan on Google and thought I would see if he could help me. Having tried chiropractors and osteopaths, I was a bit sceptical about being helped, but thought I would give it a try. I am amazed at the early results and can now stand up straighter, touch my toes and feel much more flexible. I will continue to work with Stephan and look forward continued improvement to my posture.

Stephan has been both my yoga teacher and cranio-sacral therapist for 5 years. He has been instrumental in supporting and helping me to heal on every level (physical, emotional, spiritual, mental). Recently, I took my father to see him. He's suffered with chronic rheumatoid arthritis, crohns disease and high blood pressure since his early 40's. Now in his 70's, after one session his pain was greatly reduced and heart rate lowered with a sense of well-being and peace he's not experienced in years. I really cannot recommend Stephan enough - he is abundantly kind and an extraordinary healer.
