FIRST CLASS , we used Corbins to rent out our properties to two different tenants for 3 years. We had no problems with the tenants and this is down to the regular checks Lisa completed. We decided to sell and Corbins found a buyer for market price within weeks but this became a long winded process, due to slight planning issues But Karl, Debbie and Paul kept everything rolling, while keeping all parties up to date. We needed to move quickly for work purposes and Corbin’s made us aware as soon as a suitable property come on the market.
