Absolutely faultless experience, very professional, left my house as if they’d never been here, and generally very kind workmen. After what should have been a standard boiler service turning into an entirely new boiler replacement, Ronnie and his colleagues kept me right with my options available to me and answered my (gazillion) questions to put my mind at ease. Thrilled to have a new, safe boiler installed and will absolutely be using for future gas services including my annual service. Thank you Ronnie. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Booked an appointment for a service. ( previous company never turned up) Belfast gas were superb. Contacted me on the day giving exact time. Really friendly. Great job and very professional and also explained a few things about my boiler. Got some tips on usage etc. Defo use them again and nice to see a company with great standards.

I rang Belfast Gas after my previous (ancient) boiler had finally given up. They were able to explain advantages and disadvantages of the options available to me, when I decided on replacement, it was installed on the arranged date professionally and efficiently with no disruption to me working from home the same day. The lads were great to deal with and answered any questions I had for them. Impressive workmanship, personable staff, would highly recommend.

Belfast Gas Ltd were prompt, professional and good value. Delighted with the service I received and I asked them to book me in for next year's gas safety inspection. I'll also be glad to call on them again if I need any other maintenance done on our gas heating system. Thanks guys!

Highly recommended. Just moved home and gas boiler losing pressure. So easy to book on line and 2 great guys turned up on time, were very professional, explained what was happening and got me sorted quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them any time I need boiler service or repair in future.

Belfast gas came out to service my gas boiler. The 2 men were fast polite and worked quietly and respectfully while I worked from home. I reccomend Belfast gas to everyone and they are now out on Monday to service my mums boiler too. Paula on the phone is so lovely too! Great company!

Recently used Belfast Gas for a gas boiler service. Great admin staff - I initially had to reschedule as something came up, but BG were very prompt in getting me a new date (the next day) and it wasn’t an issue for them. Great engineers as well who were very knowledgeable and professional. Good craic to chat to too! I’ll definitely be using BG again in the future.
