Really outstanding customer service. We wanted two TVs and the very knowledgeable, kind, expert help from Dave in the sales department ensured that we bought sets that exactly matched our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. The TV’s were carefully and expertly installed on a day and time to suit us . This business provides a personal service aimed at ensuring your complete satisfaction and we recommend them very highly. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Have used Brooks to purchase electrical goods several times over the past 30 years and never had any complaint with the service. Yesterday was the same. The usual friendly, well-informed and knowledgable response to our visit. The item we were looking for was not in stock but the member of staff dealing with us took the time to find out if the item was still available and what the delivery lead time would be as well as saying they would inform us when the item came in and store it for a few days of weren't ready. A pleasant shopping experience.

Fantastic service. They gave brilliant advice and came out and fitted all my TV's, hid the wires, channelled out the walls and plastered. Everything done smoothly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Brooks. Grant was absolutely fantastic and held our hand through the process. We now have TV's in most rooms on the wall, with no wires showing and surround sound.

Had a freeview box fitted in my elderly mums bedroom for her to watch TV while recovering from after a long stay in hospital. They understood my urgency and came with 48 hours of ordering via phone.Brilliant customer service, even set up the TV channel for watch her favourite showHighly recommend Brooks of Whitehaven ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
