Thank you for your time and energy during the treatmentsI had bowen treatment for lower back pain. It's a very gentle procedure and for that reason it's really easy to receiveI'm much more used to remedial sports massage so I was unsure how this would workI've been very pleasantly surprised. Lots of clicks and adjustments have been happening during and sinceI'm interested to see the final results

I went to see Louise after struggling with back pain for many months and relying on pain killers to get me through the day. She listened to my concerns and suggested 3 sessions of Bowen Therapy. She was very open and told me I would not feel much difference after the first session and she was right, although I did feel quite lightheaded. After my 3 sessions were complete, I left feeling better than I had in some time. I was pain free and pain killer free!! Not only did I feel so much better, but I also felt as though a cloud had been lifted from me as I had been struggling to focus at work and had been feeling very lethargic and demotivated, and those feelings were gone too which was an unexpected bonus. I now have a session every now and then and it makes my mood feel much better and gives me a general feeling of wellness. I have told everyone I know about Bowen Therapy with Louise and many of my friends and family have tried it and loved it. I really can’t recommend it enough.

I attended Louise 3 sessions with painful shoulders neck hip and other stiffness and now pain free not felt this good for awhile even went out for a bike ride for 20 miles. Can't recommend Louise and Bowen enough. Thank you.

I went to Louise after hurting myself in the gym and was recommended Bowen therapy.Louise was fantastic and not only helped me during the session, but aftercare with various exercises and check-ins.Highly recommended! Professional, knowledgeable and priced well.

Just done 3 treatment of Bowen with Louise. Don't have normal routine with exercise, so feel sluggish and tired, occasionally suffering from shoulder and back pain due to bad posture and some other problems. Feel happy and uplifted. Helped a lot anxiety and shoulder/neck pain. Gentle movements and warmth feeling. Giving you a hint, ,,stop sitting down and do something for yourself,,!

Attended Louises Bowen Therapy currently for 3 sessions which I was sceptical at first as trying any new therapy can be quite intimidating, anyhow after years of attending and trying conventional treatments ie physiotherapy, pain killers and facet injections what harm could it do trying something different.So after the first session when I was driving home I noticed that my posture was somehow different, driving to the appointment I was twitching and shifting my sitting position as I was experiencing discomfort, driving home was a totally different experience for me as I felt more comfortable you've got to realise that I've suffered back pain due to an accident at work for well over 20 years anyhow this different feeling felt great and I said to myself this won't last and crossed fingers after 4 weeks I'm still noticing the difference in my postureThe second session Louise seemed to concentrate more focus on my legs as mentioned before the accident I incurred was 2 broken ankles with 1 fused resulting in an adjustment of my walking gait.The ankle that is fused (left) I wake up in the morning with very little movement and for about 5 to 10 minutes I walk with an extremely prominent limp.Since after the second session I no longer experience thisThird session was more like a overhaul of what was did in the 1st and 2nd sessions entailed.For the sceptical people out there every therapy can have a positive reaction to the person receiving but so far as I have described above these 2 changes can have a positive effect on my health for the long term

I recently attended 3 Bowen sessions with Louise it was an amazing experience, I wasn't quite sure what to expect.I had been having restricted movement in my neck and shoulders after a car accident 3 years ago and with the help from Louise with her roll techniques and the energy and heat coming from her hands I definitely can feel a big difference in my neck and shoulders, I no longer feel pain moving my neck and my shoulders feel like they have been pinned back therefore I feel a big difference in my posture.After the first session I left feeling like I had grown a few inches tall and felt like I was walking on the moon.I would thoroughly recommend Louise to anyone who is experiencing any pain she is very professional and knowledgeable in her role.

Louise has helped myself with my ongoing back issue and assisted in improving my flexibility. She is ultra enthusiastic whilst discussing what would be the best route for helping myself, she has carried out Bowen therapy on myself and I can feel the results from this after a few sessions. She has increased my flexibility and I am now working on my way to becoming a better runner.I am looking forward to working together with Louise to help more, and feel the benefits of greater flexibility and improved well being.I would highly recommend Louise 10/10
