This is about the support side of the care team for disabled families.Less than useless, I had to chase them for any help with my child and then they lied about me to my childs father. Thankful me and my ex are on very good terms and their little games didnt work. So to sum up1. Less than useless.2. Liers ( which i see im not the only one they have done this with)3. Not very intelligent.4. Try to pit parents against each other.Also in an appointment they asked if my hubby could remove my little girl from the room as she was making noise.They seem a great support for kids.We ended up telling them we didnt need or want their help and not to contact us again.Which they have and its easier to get support from other families and OT etc.
