St Thomas's Church

Eine sehr schöne, gut erhaltene und gepflegte Kirche aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Schlicht und einfach gehalten, so wie die meisten Kirchen in Wales.Wer die nahegelegene Klosterruine besucht, sollte sich auch diese Kirche ansehen. Der Baum vor der Kirche soll um die 500 Jahre alt sein.

Don't miss this 19th century church on a very ancient site if visiting the ruined abbey right next door. Parking in front of the abbey. Fabulous ancient yew tree outside the church door showing extraordinary change in ground level. Interior houses the impressive Sagranus Stone, a 5th century memorial with both Latin and Ogam inscriptions.

Lovely church with a 500+ year old Yew in the grounds and an old Whale Jaw bone gifted by Norway.
