Cheaper compared to other grab trucks we used by a considerable amount. We used dp skip hire but found they were very unprofessional and marked all the block pavers up. So decided to give this company ago. Cheaper professional, no damage to the property and even give us a cheaper price on hardcore than milton and same quality.

I had a skip booked with Staffordshire Waste Recycling for our wedding festival weekender, which had been booked in for over 2 months.I called the morning before the skip was due to be delivered to find out a rough delivery time, to be told I should call back at 4.30 that afternoon once they knew the delivery routes. I called back at 4.30 to be told by Pippa that we weren't getting a skip as they no longer delivered to our area. This was the first time we had been told this.She insisted that another member of staff had been trying to contact me to tell me - they had my email and phone number and no contact was attempted (we were getting married so I've had my phone glued to me dealing with other suppliers). Repeating a contact number that I didn't recognise, she then tried to blame an ex-employee for the mix up... very professional.I was advised to try a different company - Coopers. Who thankfully did manage to sort a skip for us.There was then the whole fiasco of locating our payment to refund us, at one point it being suggested we hadn't even paid for the skip! To only be told they used various systems and ours had been made via a different one... at this point it was clear no-one really had a clue what was going on.I did receive a call the following morning from a gentleman who I didn't catch the name of - who said if we hadn't found another skip he would personally deliver one to us there and then. However this was 12 hours too late and was the only glimpse of decent customer service I experienced with this company.Absolutely shocking service, zero professionalism and definitely one to avoid.

Great friendly service, from booking the hire to delivery and collection by Poddygood value for money, asked for collection before 3pm and they collected before lunchtime.I’ll definitely be using them again.

Great company polite on phone skip turned up bang on time and the chap who delivered it was very polite friendly a good driver i have ordered stone from them aswell due to be delivered this morning i will deffinatley use this company again thankyou today i recieved my stone from a driver named adger brilliant driver who went above and beyond today to get my stone exactly where i wanted it polite and very respectfull of my propery as was ther driver the previous day give them a try cheaper than potteries waste and cherry hill and potteries building supplies

Called Staffordshire waste for a grab on the 27/6 and they can to collect on the 28/6.Brilliant friendly and helpful service from Ryan. Really helpful and left my front looking very tidy after he was done.Definitely recommend and will be using again for skips and grabs.

Dreadful company. Rude staff and 0 customer service!! Refused to collect their 2 skips even though they'd originally said they'd collect last Monday - we were due to have work started on our drive last Thursday but had to postpone as they wouldn't collect their skips. Right bunch of unhelpful halfwits

Rang Staffordshire waste this morning at 9:30am. I ordered 4 ton of mot type 1 for laying on my drive, which I was told would arrive late afternoon. To my surprise the tipper arrived at 11am with a friendly chap named Ryan, top bloke! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. He tipped the hardcore, even smoothed it out for me with the grabber, which has probably just saved me an hour in the rain in October with a shovel, furthermore ryan then went on to recommend 2 tradesman for quote me block paving, and drop curb. Outstanding service! Very responsive! Fairly priced! And stress free! 10/10 for me! I’ll 100% be using again. Thank you.

Their large grab hire lorry ignored No HGV Turning" signs on a road junction so had to stop and reverse in the face of unsighted oncoming traffic. Dangerous & unprofessional driver."
