Taylors Sales and Letting Agents Leagrave

The laziest people I have ever seen. I’ve moved out 1.5 months ago but my deposit is still being processed and not returned to me despite my landlord releasing it. I’ve had to chase them endlessly but still no help. When asked who I could raise a concern to/ speak to their manager I was told they dont have one. I am going to pursue legal options now.

Great service from the team in purchasing the property. Espically Ian, Ifzal and shah were helpfull and made the process go smoothly. Would recommend.

What can I say meet with Adam and Ian to put my house on the market and straight away we felt confident and comfortable that we picked the right estate agents. They both explained anything we needed to know and was honest about what to expect thank you for that guys. The sales team was great they kept the viewings coming and even if there was any no shows they rang and kept us updated. Once we had a buyer the support didn't stop there Ian would always be there to answer any questions and would see how everything was going with the sale. We brought the house from Taylors in Leagrave and sold it with them 17 years later would highly recommend them and appreciate all that they have done thank you.

My recent experience of using Taylors to purchase a new home. The whole team were great. Ian Causton and Ifzal were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, providing advice and guidance on all legal aspects related to the purchase. They were also available to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and gave us peace of mind.
