I bought Mercedes GLS from BCM 6 months ago. The sales team is very polite and knowledgeable about the cars. No pushy sales.I was allowed to inspect the car thoroughly.I am very happy with my purchase.I will recommend BCM to anyone looking for a used car.

OK, it's for everyone who reads before buying a car from that garage. 120% avoid that.I write from my experience .Everything will be fine as long as you don't give the money I bought an insignia from them about 4 month ago .The rear tires are cut in large pieces as are all the rims painted with cheap paint and peeling after washing.Of course, he promised to change the tires, because the MOT is probably going to his friends.But then I changed myself because I didn't want to put on some cheap used ones again .After a few days of use, a light came on to warn of a malfunction and something needs to be fixed.Without a doubt, he promised to fix it and is still doing it.I was there maybe 10 times and the promise that they would call and it would be fixed but no one called anything.They say that they check 100% before selling them. All of their checking is done by some boy who dips the rims and cleans the car. Once again I was disappointed with such garage sellers. AVOID AVOID AVOID and go in normal companies

They dont do a proper service, and keep dont keep their word, you need to have a video or right proof. So if you buy any vehicle from them, tell them that all promises to be on righting , otherwise you have to get to trial to solve your problems.

Purchased a car from BCM and the experience was very pleasant and extremely professional all thanks to the staff who assisted us throughout. There were no pushy sales tactics used and the whole experience was stress free. We will definitely recommend the garage to others. Thanks

I bought a vehicle from them and very happy… had my finance done from them and they looked after me a lot… very happy with the purchase and they promised that if any issues just call us and we will look after you.

I recently bought a Ford Galaxy from this garage, but would not use them again.1) On the day I bought it they put an MOT on the car at a separate local garage. It took them about 45 minutes. I've never known a garage that can drop everything and carry out an MOT in that time. Needless to say, it passed with no advisories, yet when I got the car home, I found an MOT failure on the car. I have reported both parties to the DVSA.2) When I bought the car, Jamal promised that the spare key would be in the post within a few days, but this never materialised. After nearly 2 months of being ignored, Jamal eventually admitted the key had never existed. If you require anything from this garage, particularly from Jamal, get it from them from them in writing, as they are not honest.I would never buy a car from this garage again!
