I emailed at 4am in the morning for an emergency appointment when vets opened they responded immediately with an appointment. My dog was so nervous and in pain and vet Michela I think that was her name was amazing with him and so lovely made me feel comfortable to let her treat my boy. I have only ever had one bad experience with a vet there but this vet and others have always been so kind and lovely it really helps when your scared to leave you fur babies. Archie is on the mend with his meds and will be back to see vet for follow up check end of the week

Everyone I encountered during the process of booking the appointment to being seen was so friendly and professional. We were made to feel that we were their sole interest, didn't seem flustered or busy. We took their whole attention for the time it was required. The price was a bit higher than anticipated but the cost of loving has clearly had an impact. Overall I am very satisfied with our visit.

Couldn't be happier!Couple of weeks ago I had an emergency in the middle of the night. Companion Care have a partner vets for night consultations (number available when calling Companion Care through their answer machine). The partner vets on the phone were excellent. However, I decided to wait until morning to avoid expensive night rates (emergency was still OK to hold overnight). I left an email on Companion Care's website at around 7:30/8am to get an appointment urgently (didn'texpect a reply and I was going to turn up at their opening at 9am). Instead, they confirmed at 8:45 by email (before opening) for an appointment at 9:30 which was a huge relief. And I was charged the normal rate, and not emergency night prices. The vet was fabulous, and I was happy when he said they wanted to avoid antibiotics (for diarrhoea/heavy vomiting), but instead pro biotics and a shot to stop the vomiting.Really pleased I registered my puppy there!

I called as my daughters Guinea pig had a large lump come up on her eye, they gave me an immediate appointment, I was very impressed, I did not wait long to see the vet, she was most knowledgeable, put our concerns to rest, explained everything beautifully, gave us treatment for our Guinea pig, and a return appointment to check up on her, dealt with fast and efficiently, the vet was very caring

I cannot express how grateful I and the rest of my family are to the team at Companion Care in Pets at Home. Since having a bad experience with a different vet practice, I signed up here and immediately saw compassion, care, and professionalism from every member of the team. Unfortunately it was too late for one of my family cats. We had to endure a different practices incompetent ways. I truly wish I'd have joined the Companion Care team earlier but hey ho.. Even through the final days and death they were all absolutely AMAZING to us with kind reassuring words and even delivering a sympathy and condolences card to our house. Helping us arrange a private cremation, just everything!! So, Thank you!!!The prices here are so low compared to other practices it's definitely worth taking out the monthly plan. Trust me when I say that this practice is where you and your loved pets need to be for a happy healthy life.

The vet was a different one to the one we normally see, but molly was very comfortable with him, as were we. Molly had an infection in her eye, for which we received medication and a specialist appt the next day to check for glaucoma. Excellent service

My husband had to bring our cat down and the vets were not far from closing. He said everyone was so nice there. The vet sorted our cat out and was very caring. It's usually me that comes down. My husband had nothing but praise for everyone he saw. Very happy.

I booked an appointment by phone and the Receptionist at Companion Care was professional and friendly. She encouraged me to book a longer appointment as my sweet dog was probably being put to sleep. It was a very sad and emotional experience for me but for my dog it was a calm and gentle time with lots of cuddles. There was no rush and everyone was so thoughtful and respectful. My dog was sedated first so he was fully relaxed and I stroked and talked to him throughout. The staff cuddled my dog after he was put to rest. They made a difficult situation so much more bearable. Jade is a wonderful Vet and Emma at reception was really kind too. I am so grateful to Companion Care for their compassion and excellent care.

I rescued a cat who has sadly been incredibly sickly for the first year of his life. From being born with an umbilical hernia that strangulated to having a blocked bladder. Not only have they saved my cat multiple times, they were so kind, so caring with me.From the amazing reception staff who are patient, kind, and caring to the nurses and the vets who put your animals needs first, explain everything to you clearly and are always available. The best all round.
