I had to look for a new.dog groomer after my current one decided to close. I took my 2 cavachons here for the first time yesterday, i was nervous about it as 1 of my dogs is extremely timid and nervous but the lady really made her feel at ease and within a few minutes she was absolutely fine. The staff are extremely professional and really know their stuff. I asked her to do what she thought was best for them both. When i returned to collect them, they both looked absolutely amazing, the best ive ever seem them. They were happy and they smelled so good. I was given great aftercare advice and was told what brushes i should use and how to use them. Overall it was a fantastic experience.I have booked them in again and will continue to use Burnley dog groomers In the future. Thankyou very much. Really happy and so are my dogs.

Took almost 3 hours to sort my dog cost £45 and even then she didn’t look any different first time here! will be the last time!

I took my very matted Cavapoochon who had clearly been neglected before I got her. Whilst my pup was very nervous she was treated with such care. Her cut was drastic but necessary and the team showed me how I can best keep on top of grooming. That care and attention meant the world to me. We shall definitely return.
