I have bought a lot there and most of it has fell to bits when I went in I was told I needed my receipt I had it for six months and could not find my receipt they were not nice at all I was given a very special gift from my brother so I bought a nice gold chain and it wasn't cheap it broke by luck I found the charm my brother gave me I was so disappointed in how the manager treated me I would never ever recommend to any one .

Great products at affordable prices. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. My only criticism would be that we had to pay extra for a nice box to put the jewellery in. We spent £250 you would think that a free box would be included.
