I took my car for MOT. It badly failed. There was all list of failures. They were quite pricey. They quoted me for a total of between £450 - £500(The car's value is around £1000). I then asked for their labour costs which was £300.00I bought the parts myself and they costed me £75 and took it to another mechanic who charged me £80 for the labour. It took him about 2 -3 hours to sort out the car.It turned out that one of the item they claimed to be broken and needed replacement was not actually broken.I returned the car and they passed the MOT.Few months before I had The MOT, I once heard my brakes squeaking.I took the car to them. They recommended to change all of them including the discs.I was too busy, so I couldn't leave the car with them to get them changed. Few days later I couldn't hear the squeak so I didn't return. When I took the car for The MOT, I expected it to fail in that aspect but it didn't.Overall I found them quite pricey. It makes me question their diagnostic accuracy as for now.I had a job done in the past and I was happy with them. It was so expensive and I had to get them to finish on the same day as they promised.If you have time, search around if you get a massive quote!

Rang then went in randomly , from the phonecall to when I left ,, all I can say is thankyou to the guys, so friendly , first time I had tracking done ever and the guy even showed and explained to me what he did , made me feel much safer in my car so again thankyou and I definitely will be using this place forever. Thankyou again

I booked my car in here as it was showing an engine fault. They carried out diagnostics and a part replacement from the results of the diagnostics test, however the fault still showed on the car the following morning, with the car then going back into limp mode.After spending nearly £200 with the garage the day before, they said I'll have to bring it back another time because I wasn't booked in, which I can understand, they have an appointment system and scheduled work/plans for the day etc. And it is correct that I didn't have a new booking and that they clearly had far too many cars booked in that they could facilitate!However, with that being said, and my with the understanding of needing an appointment - I would argue that as I'd paid for a service THE DAY BEFORE! Which you've failed to fix, I'd expect it to be rectified at the earliest opportunity as a priority - but I guess they've had the money for that work now, why would they be interested in having to fix it now.The car they prioritised over mine, I overheard staff saying it had been in the garage 5000 times" and the issue that vehicle had still hasn't been fixed. So I can only assume the staff are incompetent at fixing any form of issue on any car and this is clearly a regular occurance of not being equipped to fix anything!The boy I spoke to was patronising and spoke to me like I was a stupid woman when I asked a question about what else it could be. I don't know if my car could breakdown and I rely on my car for work purposes

I went here today to quickly check out a warning sign on my dash light, not only was I provided with fantastic customer Service , a gentleman went ahead and filled my engine coolant and my tires all without me asking ! Marvellous work here, continue with your friendly vibes ! Definitely recommended!

Outstanding service. Took in an MOT fail on a Saturday morning, parts ordered, fitted and retest all done before closing. Passed MOT and drove away same day.The garage that failed it didn't even want to look at it until the Monday.Will go straight here in future.
