Worst customer services, been with tsb from last 5 year and now from last couple of months starnge things are happening with my account, first my address updated without letting me know and after saying technical fault, and now I am ordering missing bank statments from last couple of week didnt reveive anything yet, every single when I call they re order and says wait for another 7 days. Even make mess with your online banking as well.

Found the cashier a bit ‘racist’ as I asked if I could get some change for my sisters bus money. She asked if I’m getting this change for the “noodle bar”.- yes I’m asian. But is this how cashiers from a respected bank treat their customers? Disgusting.
