After years of using BG because I didn't know any better, I found Ashton Heating and plumbing. Neil is an absolute star. Such a brilliant worker and wonderful service. Cleaned up after finishing work as well. Good honest pricing. I am very very pleased.

Neil’s work is phenomenal - very attentive to detail. Will do what’s best for you, and charge reasonable prices for what is top-quality work. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone and would not hesitate to re-install any boiler with him again in the future. Don’t waste your time looking for anyone else.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. It was a pleasure having Neil (and his team when needed) in the house, installing our new combi boiler and a new full central heating system. If I'd known how unobtrusively it would be done, I probably would have had heating installed years ago! Neil has a good eye for detail, has an exceptional work rate and is a thoroughly nice chap. The pricing was fair and itemised, and he even insisted on knocking some money off because of a delay which was out of his control. I will use this company again later this year for a new bathroom refit.

Neil did a great job at finding out the issue behind why our central heating system was not heating up. He improved the flow of our system by improving the pipe work. Reliable and professional service and would recommend. Thank you

Fantastic service from start to finish from Neil. Called in the afternoon, visited, diagnosed and repaired a heating issue that caused hot water loss that same evening. Can't recommend enough.

Neil recently fitted a new boiler for us. The work was faultless from start to finish. Not only was the quality unquestionable but the price was also extremely reasonable. Contacted Neil with a bit of an emergency and he was fantastic in his response despite being snowed under with work. Identified the issue quickly and fixed the leak in no time. Gave some great advice as well. I'd contacted other plumbers and had zero response, just very happy to have had Neil come to fix my problem.

I chose Neil to replace a boiler and thermostat, and change some pipes & radiators, and I'm very glad that I did.Of the quotes I obtained, Neil's wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was clear that he took pride in his work, cared about his customers, and wanted to do the best he could for them.I cannot fault Neil's work ethic and his standards of workmanship, and I'm very pleased with the installation and the boiler he recommended. I'll be getting him back to service it when it's due.In fact, the only difficulty I had with Neil was getting him to send me the bill so that I could pay him!
