Bought my astra from them in 2020, soon after buying startted hearing terrible engine noise, when asked the dealership to cover under warranty they said its not covered in the warranty, very rude customer service also. No care for customer! Had to spend £4000 for major engine repairs

He's recently sold a car to my family member the M.O.T certificate had completely different mileage on it to what what was on the clock had an recent M.O.T before bought. After a week the engine management light came on. He came to pick car up 3 months down the line still NO CAR or REFUND looks like its a court case.

Bought a car over the Internet, turned out gearbox was faulty, item not as described, fresh 12month mot and arrived with washers not working, bulbs out. Boss went on holiday, employee left in charge , had no authority to do anything, wasn't helpful, really rude swearing down the phone. They kept my money and I had no car to get to work and back. Just kept being told wait another week. Took them to court, eventually gave me my money. Thought it was all over and now a month later got a tax fine through the post as they hadn't even bothered to change ownership. Highly recommend not to use.

Total Con Man, sold a car that wasn't fit for purpose. Seemingly passed an MOT, yet when I had the car independently checked, it would have failed on several points. Given them multiple chances to repair the car and still waiting for the car to be collected from Feb. Having to go to court to try and get something back, avoid avoid avoid.

I have been following a neighbours attempts to get a problem sorted out with a car he paid 5 grand for, he had a safety check done by nissan! not good, so he went back to seller, ok car was a CAT S but clearly not been repaird to MOT std, subframe damage, O/S Body work poorly repaired, if only this young fella had asked me to go with him to check it over, so he is not intouch with others who are not happy with this company and is looking at small claims cour, he has all comms saved and conversations, seller now not answering his calls, so I have suggested we go over to Dewsbury and confront him in person, the car is now booked in with a REPUTABLE garage to have intence inspection on video again. It seems the garage maybe has an MOT tester he can trust as NISSAN said they would have failed it on the subframe. If the garage owner contacts me I will do the same as he has done with my neighbour. IGNORE MESSAGES.THIS HAPPY BUYER I WONDER IF SHE IS A FRIEND?? NO THER REVIEWS AT ALL!! CON MEN - Paid £2000 deposit for a car, did some checks and found it had been in a scrappage auction. Told no problem would be refunded. Have received £1000 with endless promises of the other £1000 coming but to no avail. Trade description act..Broken Distance Selling Regulations...Broken! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS!!! Mis-sold a Cat S car (seems to have happened to others). After months of trying to get my money back and going through the court system they’ve folded the company.
