Disgusting ,They repair me the phone really bad , after 1 day the screen almost totally detached and because the screen wasn’t fixed properly it got a black mark while was in my pocket .I went to the store and they told me that was my fault , I explain to them a lot of time , that the screen detached by itself , but nothing , IPhone X totally destroyed now , Stay away from this shop

Awful place. DONT GO. Completely botched the repair. Unfriendly staff upsold me a screen replacement for a decent price but as soon as I got home it started flashing on and off. Went back to them but was told I had to wait for the person that replaced my screen to be on shift so he could recognise me since my receipt wasn’t a good enough proof… Ended up going to another shop and they said it was a really poor quality job. Completely botched.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to these people. Not professional not friendly. I bought a glass screen for Samsung and 2 days later the glass screen has come of. I told about that they said we don't do any guarantee of this. Go to the other professional store like ACG they are brilliant. I didn't why I bought from them it was a big mistake.

Terrible do not come here I got my phone battery replaced and the charged us £40 and now it is not usable at all. Now they are ignoring my calls and now have no phone

Pricing is good, but the quality of the repairs leaves to be desired. The quality of the replacement screen put on my iPhone X was mediocre. Additionally, the speed at which the repair was done meant though I was happy to get my phone back in under an hour, some functions (such as the haptic feedback) were no longer functional. I suspect a slower, but more careful repair would have solved the issue. It would also be useful for the staff to communicate that replacement screens have different qualities (and corresponding prices) to better set expectations.

SHOCKING SERVICE. Sold me some defect headphones, which I took out of the package about fifty feet away from their kiosk. Volume would increase without warning, and the jack snapped off when I took them out (very gently). They wouldn’t return or replace them as they said ‘they wouldn’t make any money’. Crooks… better to spend money at reputable stores

Absolutely joke of a business that doesn’t honour the guarantee on screens they fit. Quite clearly the lcd has failed not cracked or broken as there’s no damage to the glass or the screen protector supplied .Be better off setting fire to your hard earned cash than use this business

Had a new screen fitted whilst waiting by Manvender in the Grafton Centre outlet. He was extremely courteous and polite, explained what he was doing and fielded a lot of other customer enquiries whilst completing my repair, he showed the same courtesy to all. I was a little nervous as it was not a ‘trademark Apple screen’ but apart from the colour seeming a little lighter (I have brightened screen!) everything seems to be as normal and less than half the price you would pay in Apple. Manvender assured me I could come back if I experienced any problems. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. Manvender.

horrible customer service. Employee straight up lied to me about the new battery after being replaced. Went back to the store to ask again, and they lied again. Battery is faulty and burns when charging or sometimes when in use. Absolutely a waste of money. Do not ever come here if you need repairs!!!!!!!!
