The surgery is understaffed and probably overworked for the area they are supposed to look after. 1 GP doctor for about 30,000 people or something like that. Worst phoneline waiting time in history also.

Absolutely awful service. Can never get through on telephone and staff are rude. Biggest mistake I ever made was transferring to this practice, due to postcode.

Can’t ever get through to them. When I finally do get told to call back tomorrow like it’s my fault for not getting through during their 1 hour slot for everyone to call. Can’t even prebook. No care for what the illness is or issues your having. And reception seem rude and make you feel like a problem for calling. Wish I had a choice to move practice tbh

You have to phone on average around 100 times when the surgery opens and even then you probably won't get through

Worst doctors surgery I’ve ever been with.Expect to call least a minimum of 150 times before getting through to someone.Also, the receptionists are the cheekiest people I’ve ever had to deal with.AVOID!

worst GP surgery staff i have ever come across, very rude especially someone named Annmarie, no manners in person or over the telephone, seem to be power tripping and loves telling people to call at 8.30am on a lottery style appointment booking system, the illness does not care if your GP is running a lottery!

It should be at least possible to contact a practice, but this one seems to be an exception. You can never get through to the line and if you ever eventually get through, you're told you did not phone within an unsocial 1 hour slot. Is that even legal? No way to book services online. It's 2023, Dr Khan and co. You neeed to up your game! I'll be moving to another practice.

Rudest receptionist I have ever come across. Shouted at me through the glass doors at 13.31, telling me they were closed for lunch and open at 13.30?? Then in the rudest way possible told me I couldn't get prescription until 2pm as she walked away with her back to me. Not the first time they have been this unprofessional. Im just glad its not my GP and I was getting a prescription for someone else.

How do I even begin? I have never come across a telephone line this bad!! I had to call a million times to get through, and when I did, the only thing they said was to call them back the next morning at 8.30am while I was struggling with my illness!!
