Very bad! I needed my engine oil changed, I was told over the phone by a guy called Michael who runs the place that he will defo be able to do it on the booking in day he gave me full of confidence. So I turned up on the day he totally forgot, I rushed away from work aswell to get there and he informed me he was snowed under with work kept apologising then he said let me take your number. And he never did ring me to sort out another appointment. So I ended up going elsewhere. That to me is terrible customer service and i wont be going back. Sorry if I seem like a winger but dont say you can defo do something if your not sure and write ya appointments down.. dont need someone who doesnt even work in the business to tell you that its mandatory. !!

I changed front pads Saturday, took it there Monday for MOT and although it passed I was told front pads were a bit low and needed doing. I informed him the pads were 2 days old and he stuttered “I must be thinking of a different car”.Pair of crooks

Axminster Autos were recommended to me a few years ago, and I have counted on Dave and Mike's experience several times. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now. Why? Because, they are honest and down to Earth guys who always seem to give great service at a reasonable price. They explain things simply, they don't blindside you with technical jargon and always go that extra mile to ensure you're treated with intelligence and respect. They've been going for years now...and it's obvious to see why!

I've been to a few mechanics around the area but non compare to Axminster. From price to quality of work to customer service - Excellent!Cannot recommend enough!

Will always use this garage as they are very approachable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Recently they took a look at my car as there was a strange noise from underneath, the car was raised up and the problem identified straight away, they also allowed me to inspect the issue. A price was quoted for the repair, the part ordered was a genuine bmw part, fitted around my schedule When it arrived without any fuss. If you want a trustworthy garage, I could not recommend Axminster more highly.

Once again many thanks to Dave and his staff.On this occasion it was just an MOT but it was carried out by a friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend.

Simply the best!! I always feel in safe hands at Axminster Autos- I feel confident that they will ensure my car is safe and running at it's best. They never undertake unnecessary work and charge a fair price for an excellent service. I would never go anywhere else my entire family take their vehicles here.
