Ace Removals was fantastic! It was a long haul move from Scotland to Derbyshire - the roadworks and weather didn't help. Everything arrived safe and sound and although it was a late finish, the removal team worked above and beyond! I can't thank them enough.

Moved house yesterday with this firm. Lovely people who worked incredibly hard. Nothing was too much trouble, even removing doors for us to get our furniture in. I would book this firm again without hesitation. Thank you so much Ace Removals.

They came for a visit 12 days before removal. They inspected the furniture and assured us that it would be 'easy' and that everything is covered by their insurance.On the day they decided that they could not cover the wardrobe and, as it was out moving day, we had no choice but to sign the waiver they were asking us to sign. They did not wrap all items and did not ask if we wished to purchase more wrap in order to do so.After the move they quickly made my partner sign to say she was happy despite giving her no time to inspect any of the furniture. When inspecting the furniture afterwards we noticed damage to several items of furniture, including the wardrobe which currently costs £899.They have denied any wrong doing and refused to claim any of this on their insurance and accused me and my partner of lying. When I invited them to view the furniture in person they said that they 'have no interest in that, and even if I did I wouldn't pay out'.They said that they find it hard to believe that the quantity of items were damaged and they seemed to use this to exonerate themselves - I tried to explain that from our perspective the quantity of damaged items only added to our dissatisfaction and distress but this point was dismissed.I struggle to think of ever being treated worse by a company and the distress that they have caused us has brought my partner to tears.

Required to move a few boxes and a chest of draws for a really good price.Had a day arranged really fast and they turned up on time.They loaded the van really quickly and they came well prepared for enough room for the lot.Made it to the other end without damage to a single item and they were more than happy to put things where they were intended which included the chest of draws upstairs.They were polite and helpful in anyway they could be. Would fully recommend and will be using again.

I highly recommend using Ace Removals! My buyer's solicitor caused some delays but Darren was really flexible with the date. He was able to move me at very short notice and it was completed much quicker than I expected. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely use again!

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job Darren, Diane and their team did with our house move. Appalled by the lack of care that was taken when my furniture was moved. Not just one piece but many. Would not recommend at all. Furniture was not adequately protected, hence the damage. Save your money and do it yourself.
