If you have social anxiety this isn't a good place, always drama and party with loud music at night with paper thin walls that everyone can hear everything, small room unless you clean it daily, fire alarm goes off constantly (even at 5am) and even if you already know it's false they can charge you for not leaving, at least it's free WiFi and utility is included and own bathroom but kitchen is always a mess and such small space too need can't even fit a whole weekly shop, too expensive and need to pay for damages even if it wasn't your fault or you can easily do it yourself. Literally NOT WORTH IT

Honestly great place to live. Location is perfect, my view of the canal was amazing and i loved my room, decent size, clean on arrival, kitchen was much bigger than expected, lovely reception staff. The only downside was the washing machines, my clothes just never smelt clean (no matted how much detergent i used). The laundry room had basically no signal so i had to buy a laundry card and the circuit app is a pain (minimum add on £5) but the circuit app isnt anything to do with the accommodation itself. Overall a lovely lovely place to live it really felt like home

Don't know why people are saying the rooms are big because they are not. Way too expensive (£705 a month), and the deposit isn't to cover damages so if you chip the paint a bit or have any accidental damage be prepared for a fine. Also the social room isn't the best, a lot better accommodations out there in Edinburgh.Only upside is that you have your own bathroom.

I've only worked here with my business but staff are great, and students seem to enjoy their stay. Not 5 stars as I have only experienced Bainfield as a contractor.

My son is living here and I couldn't be happier! Lovely room and communal living area, with all the amenities he needs. Situated in a nice area beside the canal, which he walks along to his campus.

It was home for 9 months but honestly trying to get anything fixed in that place was a task and a half- a sofa that had burst at the seam towards the end of September still had a hole in it when we moved out in May.Having said that, it really was home, and the reception staff were the loveliest people you will meet.

Saw it during an open day seemed spacious and very nice with en-suites and also right by a supermarket and across from a huge entertainment centre with bowling, restaurants and a cinema. Only issue is it was a bit of a drive from campus for every day

Horrible experience. Was filled with drugs and loud music and drama. Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Tenancy agreement is extremely misleading and quite frankly sneaky and coercive. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You’ll be trapped in this horrible building for a full year and forced to pay an extortionate amount of money for the privilege.
