Great store and offers but the one thing I found is that the staff didn’t have any good knowledge about what they are selling… in fact for someone who has worked in the industry for over 5 years they were recommend a backpack to a DOE person that was far to big and kit they just didn’t need.Like I said great store but due to the staff I have to knock a star off, I also knock a star off because some of the basic items are far to expensive and another star of for the fact that the discount card isn’t really that useful at all be better as a points card collect points and then get money off

Well laid out store providing everything you need for any outdoor activity. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Fantastic, bought plenty, there's a chap knows his stuff that has all the camping/mountaineering experience you could wish for to give you the best advice to suit you and your budget,,, I'll definitely be going again, wish I got his name, but he's a short older chap. He's the only chap after 30 yrs that pretty nearly convinced me a JetBoil is better than a Hexi...(needs pending)

Great store just outside Kidderminster with free parking. Plenty of hand gels dotted around the store and at the entrance. Recently had a refurbishment and they have done a cracking job. All the various sports are clearly marked out. Tent area out the back gives you a good gauge of what tent you require for your needs. Sale rail handy to pick up bargains but I do feel even Go Outdoors prices have gone up in recent years. They aren't the bargains a few years ago. Still a good selection of equipment and clothing. Always price match on your phone before you get to the till as they normally match the price online. They also have a click and go section and Amazon lockers to pick up or return goods.

Excellent product advice and customer service by David & Paul in the ‘bike department’ at Kidderminster store. A professional service given by both employees, who should be recognised for their individual contribution to customer satisfaction. Thank you.

First impression was the size. The store itself was very busy. Plenty of parking but few empty spaces. The choice of items was enormous. Very good quality clothing etc. Very good prices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Changing rooms to try on clothes. Everything you will ever need for camping, walking. And leasure.A wonderful experience.

Having been a GoOutdoors customer for years I feel truly let down by the customer service today. I had two young children with me and easily spent 20mins chasing staff and trying to get staff attention for some simple help, there was more than enough staff members around. The staff seemed to see me but completely avoided me. When I did snag someone they seemed reluctant and uninterested. I've come out very frustrated and disappointed. Especially after driving 40 minutes to reach the store. I'll be thinking twice next time and will consider ordering from other online shops in future.

Not happy I asked a member of staff for help with picking some new fishing rods.all I got was negative conversation not wanting to check stock not wanting to contact other stores all he wanted was me to leave so he could carry on chatting up a younger member of staff.we ended up having a row to which he ran off down the isles .poor girl apologizing for his behavior.he had white jumper on and was around sixty years old .he wouldn't say his name just a disgrace.all I wanted was fishing rods .I'm so upset I don't think I'll go again to kidderminster branch ever.

Very good shop well stocked however sadly short of staff at times. Won't put me off going though as the Equestrian section is excellent!! See for yourselves!!
