Very poor customer service. Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged then a further 15 to speak to someone about opening a savings account

Super friendly and efficient, can’t ask for more.Parking can be tricky as the main car park in Westbury-on-Trym can get very busy.

I've been with Nationwide since 2002. My Dad taught me that mortgages belong with building societies, he was right. However, mortgage paid off, they're still wonderful to bank with. Westbury-on-Trym Nationwide is always excellent and today Jenny was great, and reassuring. Always pleasant going in there.
