Really prompt service, fixed my ipad screen really quickly and good value for money. Works a treat now and the communication was very good from the staff in the shop.

Was looking for some one to repair my apple laptop. I shown my laptop to some other shops before and no one could repair id and was told it will cost too much to repair and will take at lease one week. This shop was recommended by a friend of mine they fixed my Macbook within two days at a very reasonable price, very happy with the service. very honest people highly recommend

I didn't get the guy's name but he has literally been a life saver today. My iphone 12 pro max screen had cracked and I was unable to access my thousands of photos / messages and contact details. I rang him first thing and he managed to fix my phone while I waited for a great price. He was very genuine and I would highly recommend. Anyone who needs phone or laptop repairs please support this business. I have previously sold my old devices here too can't recommend enough

The Fone Shop prices are fair and reasonable. The owner has good mannerisms. He told me straight up that a Samsung broken screen repair was not worth the cost and as it was still functional to just put a £5 glass screen protector on top. I decided to save myself the repair and also saved money. Each time he appears knowledgeable and does not seem interested in getting you to do unnecessary repairs to your phone (even though it would make him money).I have edited my review to 5 stars because they repaired my apple MacBook Pro on the same day and to a good quality without charging me through the roof. Genuine people who know what they are doing. They could smile more but they are just being real and not faking smiles. It’s a good place, I feel like they work with integrity and honesty.

I have been going to this shop for a number of years I've forgotten the guy's name but I have brought many phones from here has always been great also if there was any problems they were quickly rectified customer service was fantastic and discounts were always available. Plus the guy with the glasses always give me free case and free screen protector which was £5. Thanks guys

I got my laptop screen replaced it was done within 1 hour also cheap and also great customer service

Changed my iPhone screen within one day of me barely even putting it down the screen crashed it wasn’t broke on the outside you could see internal damage when I went back after the guy said I had a years warranty on the repair he refused to help me he didn’t even take it in to have a look he wasn’t that bothered that’s not the customer service I received and the screen I paid for was close to a £100 for that price you expect some after care!!! I got nothing and it was not even a day after he replaced my screen of me returning to the shop. Just like insurance it down any matter how the phone got broke you pay for the service. This guy assured me that I had a year to bring my phone back if any issues occurred he didn’t say if this happens or if this doesn’t he said with the price of the screen being near to £100 not even original he would give me one year warranty meaning repair services for a year any faults ectI believe this guy and Buisness has no loyalty or customer service they will pose as legit recommended Business!?? When the products and accessories are very cheap and weak there are many other Mobile phone repair shops after that happened with me I have never set foot back into this establishment there is a mobile phone shop near the job center on soho rd I would recommend or any more further that side do not use this guy very over priced trying to get extra money through over charging selling products that are potentially cheap at high value stay away!!!!!!!!!!

I went to buy some iPhone leads today and the staff were very friendly and kind I managed to get 3 leads at different lengths and different connections for a good price. I would highly recommend this shop if you need any mobile phone related items.
