Try to phone nobody answers only tying to find out about medication save driving down to chemist as the parking is awful there ....staff are very friendly and they are good when you see them but just wish they answer the phone

Terrible service.It's near impossible to get a phone reply in the morning. I realise it's busy, but I worked for 30-odd years in retail and we had to answer the phone regardless of how busy it was.Also failed to process my prescription in a few instances.

Impolite service more often than not these days. I was informed that there was an hour delay for two prescriptions, and asked to come back from the town centre. I was not however informed that the pharmacy would be closed for lunch during that hour without so much as the option to leave a message let alone anybody to answer the phone. There may be 'behind the scenes' work to which I'm not giving due credit however minimum effort is consistently given from an external point of view.

Shocking service. I have been going to this chemist for years was never a problem. But this last year service has gone down hill. I have been phoning since Fri 8th Sept to find out if my grandchildren prescriptions are ready,as I have been down few times before and they say not there. This morning over 30 calls,most engaged others just ringing or they answer then hang up.I only want to find out if they are ready as I have mobility issues and don't drive so walking there leaves me in agony.

They confirm on the phone everything is ready, then when you go to collect they haven't got it.My last experience was the worst. They denied they had the script, despite the gp next door confirming they'd signed for it. They found the script then said they didn't have any of the required medication. When pushed, they found some. 4 visits to get 1 script. Bunch of liars

Absolutely shocking service if I could rate this minus 5 I would told wait for txt for your medication and don’t phone , but what do you do if it’s 2 weeks late , now I’m phoning and guess what no answer happens time and time again, and half the time not got all my medication. Then they say they’re bizzy so if they that bizzy they must be making a lot of money so I’m ploy someone to answering phones

I’ve had my prescriptions sent here for about 5 months in total now.. There have been many hiccups with my prescriptions journey to the Pharmacy.. But no fault of the Pharmacies at all.. Infact every time it’s happened they have been so kind and and helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me so I am not left without my medication.. I really can’t thank the staff and the Pharmacist enough..

Shocking service, young girls gossiping in the back whilst there’s a pharmacy full of people!! Waited half hour for them to sort my prescription for them to ask who I am again as they forgot. Joke

27-07-23Awful service today. Not particularly busy (4 people maximum), yet we were waiting for half an hour to be served our tablets.Person disappears into the rear, no contact with customers giving impression only one serving.Exceptionally slow service which I wouldn't use if another chemist was closer, sorry to say.
