MD Roofing Specialist

I had the pleasure of getting help from the MD Roofing team to repair my chimney in my first home. Douglas was responsive and informative, gave a very reasonable quote over the phone all inclusive of scaffolding for the work too. I did compare multiple quotes and his price as well as good reputation on google and mybuilder made me go with his team.The actual job of the chimney repair included repointing, flaunching and lead flashing and it now looks great! Upon the day of the works an issue arose with the roof around the chimney which the team were happy to fix incurring us extra charges but all done on the same day to prevent any further issues with damp and leaks! They were also happy to provide before and after pictures of all the works which is very helpful to keep record of!

This is the second time I've used Douglas and his team (different issues) They are my first choice roofing specialists now. Both time they have been extremely professional and friendly, conducting a thorough survey, showing photos of the work needed and providing up front quotes for completion before starting so there are no surprises or unexpected add ons once they get to it. They work they have done has been first rate, quick, very reasonable and has solved the problems and secured the roof at the first time of asking. Highly recommended.

Douglas was very prompt in attending the property and inspecting the damage and diagnosing it all. Arrangements were quickly made for repair and everything was done within the timescale indicated. Photographs provided of before and after plus a lengthy guarantee. Delighted with whole service and would highly reccomend.

Douglas and his team were extremely attentive and professional throughout my dealings with them. I had my roof replaced to remedy a leak in my attic. The roof was old and needed replacing and they did an excellent job with it. Unfortunately this turned out not to be the source of the leak, but a crack in the render. I called them and they offered to come patch it up free of charge. Dealing with house repairs is stressful but Douglas has been very responsive and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using their services again.

Phoned up to ask Douglas if he could replace chimney flashing blown off in recent winds. Within 24 hours the work was completed. Communication was excellent. Recommend agreeing a price before work begins.

Very fast and quality service. Roof tiles that were causing a leak were replaced by MD Roofing with haste. Outstanding service from start to finish, they even did some work on the gutter whilst replacing the tiles! Would recommend MD Roofing to anyone who needs any roofing work done. Overall efficient service and job well done.
