Some dentists are amazing but my main one is horrible ! I struggle with caring for myself due to depression and my dentist is horrible about it always saying it’s no excuse

I booked an emergency appointment for an issue I was having, I was seen to very quickly by extremely helpful and polite staff. Whilst they were not able to sort my issue on the day they explained what would would happen very clearly and made the experience very easy and stress free for me. Wonderful experience.

The staff in reception are wonderful, the dentist that treats me is the best dentist I’ve encounteredI don’t like going to the dentist, is an understatement! But both the dentist and dental nurse have been so kind and understanding. They explain exactly what they are doing and always say to take my time to stop and start . Very patient indeed

Having been a patient for 25 years l was removed from their register.Not sent a reminder for more than 6 years. I was told I should have contacted them during COVID??Not offered chance to re-register, told to find another dentist. It was made obvious they no longer want NHS patients. Very poor.

The lady dentist I saw , Willow, was absolutely fantastic. I went to have a deep clean and was feeling very nervous about it. Willow put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do. She then followed up with what I had to do for after care. I have a follow up appointment in 3 months and if the treatment has to be repeated I won't feel as nervous as I did this time

Booked for some private dental work at this practice. Friendly staff, dentist I can understand (no language barrier) and prompt with appointments. The best part: Saturday appointments! I work in the city centre so attending appointments during office hours usually needs me to book a days holiday. Not any more! Result!

I broke the filling in one of my teeth a week ago. I rang at 8am and as I was in pain I was seen that day. A temporary filing was put in the tooth. Sadly, the pain got worse after a few days, so I was able to be seen again and given antibioticsAgain, these didn't help, and the pain was so intense i rang again at 8am. I got another appointment for that same day where I was seen and was given a root canal procedure.I just want to thank the Receptionists for listening to my problem, and for fitting me in especially this last time as I was in so much pain.In my experience if you have an emergency and ring at 8am you can get an appointment the same day. Thank you I am now pain free

On the 4th of July My Wife Susan Waddington went for a single tooth extraction as a private patient the dentist could only remove part of the tooth and refered me to the Dental hospital As the dentist did not carry out the proseger I had paid for I think I should have a refund The head of Mydentist refused this and I think that this is unfare
