Our company membership has created time for reflection outside of the office and we have gained real advice and coaching from the Evolve team and its members. The Evolve team have a huge amount of real world experience over many years in the entrepreneurial and business growth sector. They use that real world experience to articulate issues, experiences, opportunities and perspectives that resonate with the business community in a unique way. We had been searching for the perfect Co Working Office space in Bournemouth and Poole and were really excited when we found Evolve offering exactly what we needed. We use the Co Working area daily and have use of the exec meeting room, when re require it for group meetings around a table. The Co Working area is clean, quiet and has a friendly atmosphere in a great location.

I use Evolve on an ad-hoc basis to catch up on all that rather dreary admin that I never get round to doing from my home office. The facilities are lovely, as is Amy (she gave me a four coloured biro, so I feel obligated to mention her)I would highly recommend Evolve to anyone who needs a new and professional environment to work in or from.

I've taken a desk at Evolve for almost a year now and would highly recommend this co-working hub. The Evolve team is very helpful and friendly and there is a great balance between being able to focus on my work and having a chat with other like-minded people. It's set in an old, converted school which is really charming, and the facilities are spot on. Free tea and coffee, good music vibes and everything Ashley Cross has to offer on its doorstep. Big thumbs up.

Excellent space for our team building day. The space is really comfortable and relaxing. Providing good quality kitchen facilities and refreshments really was appreciated. We will definitely be back in the future.

I am the owner of a virtual marketing agency in Poole. We were looking for a space to hold interviews for a new team member. We enquired with several co-working spaces and Evolve gave us a great price and seemed ideal, so we booked! The booking process and information we were given before we arrived was very smooth and efficient. We were welcomed warmly by the team and given the tour. The room we used for interviews was perfect - spacious, but private and really stunning. In fact the whole of Evolve in Ashley Cross is a beautiful mix of traditional and contemporary. The kitchen was clean and the coffee was good! Overall we had a wonderful experience at Evolve from beginning to end and will certainly be back soon!

The Evolve peer group sessions are a great place to get away from the day to day, refocus and ultimately bounce ideas off other business people. The structure of the session permits open conversation with your peers and always provides useful insights that you would not be able to get anywhere else. The specific work books challenge you and really get you thinking on what is important in your business. I have already implemented a lot of what I have learned from the sessions in my day to day. This alone is testimony to how important the Evolve peer group sessions have become in my business.

Being part of an Evolve Peer group has shaped me as a manager, entrepeneur, husband and leader. One of the biggest steps in your business journey is understanding the need to invest in one's self. I truly believe that Evolve has been the catalyst for my business growing steadily and with direction ofver the last year or so. If you are in business and for the most part are the decision maker and conductor of the business growth, direction and its overall destiny - you need to join and start sharing, learning and developing yourself and your business.
