Absolutely dreadful rube owner Henry!I have been using this company for years for Christmas Menus and Bills.The printing is ok but nothing special.We recently came to the decision that after 20 years as Publicans we would retire from the Pub Trade.Unfortunately, due to an oversight on my part I had failed to settle our last invoice from Imagaprint.Any professional company would have emailed a reminder or sent a statement as a reminder of the outstanding amount.Not Henry, he heard we were leaving and immediately drew his own conclusions and decided to telephone the Pub in the middle of lunch service.He obviously thought we were pulling a fast one and were not going to pay him.He was extremely rube, and started the call with, I’ve heard you’re leaving and I want paying.He continued with his agitation and became somewhat verbally aggressive and demanded payment for the following day.All I can say is, Henry certainly showed his true colours. What a sad way to end a business arrangement that we had for over 10 years.Avoid at all costs there are better printers with much better attitudes.
