Joao, a wonderful person who works here, was the best person ever. He makes sure that everything runs smoothly and he takes care of the customers. He's an asset to the airport industry!

Besides the food being very basic and tasteless the staff had obturate attitude.When my wife complained that all the glasses were spotted, the response was - this is how they come from the dishwashing machine.I tried to give feedback about the food choice and prep to one of the staff members and immediately was met with an attitude. - this is the menu; it is not about the food and the drinks, it is about being able to relax before the flight.Most Aspire lounges are simplified but adequate, unfortunately, the experience we had with this place was beyond underwhelming.

As airport lounges go, Club Aspire at London Heathrow is decent. I've been in some rather underwhelming lounges and a few that are stellar. Aspire is closer to slightly above average.I appreciate that there is place far in the back where one can eat, relax or sleep in peace. Also like that there's a shower.I was there in the morning so I had the chance to sample the breakfast fare.Pretty standard stuff. Eggs, pastries, youghurt, juices, oatmeal....and beer/wine.Really really clean and the employees kept it that way.

Was hoping to get access to the Virgin Clubhouse due to my SkyTeam Platinum status but now only using the Aspire Lounge. Standard food, same as on offer at Edinburgh. Quality and selection could be improved at breakfast.

Club Aspire Lounge
We stopped by Club Aspire Lounge to take a break and get lunch before we board our flight. The place was crowded but still manageable. Staff is very attentive and diligent. Particularly kudos to Ms Galina who always friendlily provide her service and assistance to our request. Food is simple but sufficient for a quick lunch. Drinks wise - selection of coffee, tea, water and simple wine, beer and gin-tonic. Overall, a lovely stay without any problem! Thanks!

Club Aspire Lounge
A great lounge experience. Charging stations by every seat, very nice food and drinks and friendly staff which is not always the case in lounges. It got very crowded by the end of my stay but still felt like a more chill place to be than the rest of the airport. I will go back to this one next time for sure!However taking a shower is £20 which seems like a stretch.

Club Aspire Lounge
Joao was nice, the ONLY person who greeted us in the lounge. Cleaned up everyone's tables and tidied up. If it wasn't for him, I would have rated the lounge really low as the receptionists were not even smiling nor greeting, low energy for 6am, no warmth at all. Joao made our 30-minute stay worthwhile. If only everyone could be a little more like him. As for the food, it's okay. Typical English breakfast. Love the creamy yogurt though.

In the world of airport lounges, this is just an OK lounge. We entered via Priority Pass. It’s on the smaller end with a small staffed bar and a decently sized self-serve food station. There are showers here for an extra fee; they seemed ok and somewhat clean. They have a “quiet” area which is just part of the main louder area, but just a bit secluded—there’s no physical barrier between the “quiet” area and the main area. Plenty of charging outlets and the food and drinks are just average. Nothing extraordinary, but will get the job done.

So far that’s the worst lounge I’ve been to. Very poor choice of everything, form food: some fruits, vegetables, cookies, pasta and potatoes, no meat :(Quite noisy, they have quite area, but it is not really quite.From good things: used my lounge key to pass, good Wifi, electricity everywhere.So if you need to send some emails and charge your gadgets - that’s a good place.If you want to have a quick business meeting or enjoy good meal - I suggest skip this one.

Food was nothing special. A few types of curry and the cheese from the salad bar was great, does have gluten free options. Drinks were included other than spirits so I enjoy a couple of glasses of wine
