I wanted a suit for a wedding dry cleaned, arrived at the counter the woman didn't even look up from what she was doing (there were no other customers there) I waited a couple of minutes before she said 'just a minute' still without looking up. I then asked how quickly they could turn around the suit 'four working days' - I was surprised at this as the website says usually within 24hrs for formal wear, so as I needed it really in 3 days I said 'Ah, I need it for Saturday is there any..' she cut me off and said 'No, Saturday afternoon is the absolute earliest'. She then turned away and went back to shuffling slips of paper. No sorry, no offering any solution (I would have been happy to pay for a faster service). Rude, dismissive & unaccommodating - won't go again

They launder and dry clean things so well that I'm starting to assume that, presumably for some arcane reasons of tax or accountancy well beyond me, or maybe as the first step in a benign alien invasion, they actually replace your dirty clothes with identical brand new items they source on demand via a time machine or a black hole or something.I can't believe how good a condition everything comes back from them. Can't recommend enough.

Simply useless. Brought my coat to get cleaned, mentioned that it had some spots (small coffee drops on a beige coat) first round completely missed them didn't do any treatments on them. They offered to try again which I was ok with. Went back a week later and the same thing. On the overlap part I don't think they even treated it. They offered again to clean it which is pointless, like if you could why wouldn't you do ot before i come again. Like how many times do I need to come and check before it's actually cleaned. Simply useless.

They're fine. Never had a problem with them over about 7 years. Usually jackets for me and the odd minor repair (loose button etc) and they've been fine with it.

Charcoal wool coat returned with faded patches. Initially no compensation offered, but subsequently got a call to say my account will be credited in the amount paid. Otherwise I'm using them regularly and happy with the service.

Excellent service consistently for the past 3 years. Very good results + you can tell the team is really involved in making sure things run smoothly (collections, deliveries, deadlines, specific clothes, etc).

Upmarket dry cleaner offering a good cleaning service. They did a great job with my shirts,although the face to face interaction could have been better. Also the 24 hour express service is not 24 hours if you drop your laundry off at night. The clock starts ticking from the next morning given that is when the bulk laundry is picked up from store to be cleaned.

You pay 30% extra for next day service and you arrive the next day and the shirts are ready. Tell you they will send them up in 15mins and 55mins later the shirts still aren’t there. People in the shop are nice enough and powerless to resolve the situation.
