Rang on a Monday and asked if ok to collect an item if I ordered/paid online. Yes of course was the reply, will be ready on Friday. Collected Friday afternoon and delighted with our new Lunar Champ bathroom sink for our 19 year old motorhome. The fibreglass basin is far better quality than the original thin plastic one. Will definitely use again, will be needing the shower tray next! We recommend Caravan Panels Ltd 100% !!

Absolutely brilliant. Popped in Thursday morning for hobby sink . Collected Monday on way back from Scotland. Service I s first class all staff are great. Nothing was a problem. The guy is flat oot . What a finish thank you.

Sent photo of our bathroom sink which broke with dimensions. We and asked if they could supply replacement. Very helpful and delivered as promised. Good quality product

Wish I had read these reviews first. I'm waiting for a shower tray which was supposed to arrive last week. Got one reply back then nothing once the shipping date had passed. I took time off to do the work as well and now having to reschedule as the key part is missing. Just not good enough.I can only hope when it does finally turn up a) it is the correct one and b) high quality as I've read reviews about orders being wrong after customers already waiting so long for them to arrive.If it turns up and is all good then I'll amend my review accordingly but until then...Either way this is poor customer service as there is just no excuse for not answering emails in 2022 even with staff shortages and / or other supply issues. If it's delayed tell me and be honest but don't just ignore me! If I wanted to be ignored without support I would have just ordered direct from China. It would have probably arrived faster too!

Excellent service fast delivery sink came today perfect fit way better than the cheap plastic one that was fitted previous. Looked everywhere for replacement and carvan panels came up with the goods so i would'nt be put off with the bad reviews cheers mike for all the updates on delivery Regards Alex Boyd

Ignore the poor reviews. I needed a replacement A-frame cover for my compass. I emailed the details over. They confirmed they had the mould and gave me a price including delivery. I ordered it and was told 2-3 weeks lead time as they were busy. 2.5 weeks later the panel has arrived, was nicely packed, finished and fitted perfectly.Would definitely deal with them again.

Awful company, use them at your peril. I ordered a wheel spat from them in August 2022. Paid for it and one arrived a few weeks later. It was for a different caravan so I sent photos and Mike agreed that they had sent the incorrect part and would arrange its exchange the next week. Since then and to this day in fact I have sent numerous emails, none of them responded to, called the Company countless times, sometimes leaving messages but they have not once returned any of my calls. This is not what you expect when you have paid for a product and been extremely patient waiting for its arrival. I will now notify my credit card Company and be requesting a full refund. Please use this review as a warning before wasting a lot of your time.

I ordered a sink for our motorhome. The lady in the office checked that they had the moulds for the sink that I needed, she rang me back a couple hours later to say that they had. I ordered the sink and was delivered 2 weeks later. The quality is excellent. The staff were brilliant, a very positive experience with the company, I would definitely recommend them.
