Jeff came to help us find the source of our mould problem after 2 years of suffering with chronic lung issues at the hands of mould related illness. Company Head Jeff visited our home in October 2023 to assess and test our home for ongoing and developing mold issues then to advise and recommend solutions.We both have long term health issues, our concern being that the mold is impacting and worsening our respective health. Jeff came to view my property which was full of mold.the investigation by jeff was thorough and he took his time to do all the proper test and investigation.jeff also took the time to talk to my loss assessors which was a big bonus.his report goes into much detail, over 100 pages and everything is tested properlyhe has been very responsive on email and this expertise and help has been extremely helpful dealing with my insurance company.

Waste if time dont bother with him he told me just to move on he said nobody in the uk will remove mould properly and I'm better off being homless or die in the house he said unless you have 30grand your screwe . Again waste of time

Very helpful and knowledgeable, you feel like you are in very competent and safe hands. I am a Nutritional Therapist and had another (very well-known) company come to do remediation after water damage, and all they looked for and remediated for was mould- not only do I still have mould, but they didn't pick up/ test for a whole series of toxic bacteria I have from historical water damamge and AC units. Building Froensics are very thorough in their testing and really explain to you what not to do and how to keep yourself safe. I am really grateful for this excellent service and highly recommend them.
