Cavendish Dental Practice

Having been scared of the dentist all my life, the team at Cavendish Dental Practice have made it so much easier for me to look after my teeth! Nicola is amazing, she makes you feel at ease, you can stop her at any time to take a breath if you need too and she is so calm it really helps with keeping my nerves in check.I would recommend Cavendish Dental Practice as a place to go even if you have the smallest anxiety about going to the dentist.

Always a pleasure going to the dentists. Me and my family are made to feel welcomed each time we attend and are given a personalised treatment meeting our needs well.Choices and options are always given including advice- I really appreciate everything our dentist does for us.

I have found the staff at the practice to be generally nice, professional and supportive. For example, today my dentist, Dr Albahti and her dental nurse Odetta, went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, due to them being sympathetic towards my anxiety. They were caring, encouraging and supportive and put me at ease, enabling the procedure to run smoothly.

I went for an emergency appointment to have a temporary filling in one of my canine tooth.I was disappointed with the dentist. She was very impersonal and in a hurry during the consultation. I had to answer quickly to her questions otherwise her facial expression showed impatience.As a result, I ended up agreeing to have an X-ray taken, which I don’t think it was needed. The tooth that was X-rayed was a molar and not even close to the canine tooth that took me there. There was no invasive intervention at all and the filling was a temporary one. And this appointment lasted less than an hour.I paid £130 and I feel like I have been cheated.The three stars go to the receptionist. Despite that her tone of voice when talking to me changed to better when I talked to her on the same tone. Than she became polite.People need to understand that they have the job because someone is paying for that.

My Father recently had four teeth out and he wanted me to pass on some feedback. He said you were so professional and the whole process was fantastic. Its not nice having teeth out but he said you really looked after him. So thank you so much for the care and attention to detail , regards the wood family x

My appointment was with Nicole Brown. I want to mention she was very polite professional caring and made me feel very happy with the service and I appreciated that. I'm normally scared of dentist appointments but she made me feel at ease.Other staff members are also very professional and kind too.

Very impressed with the whole team at Cavendish dental practice. Always friendly, professional, andexplain options and always do a great job on my teeth.Both me and my children have had our teeth well looked after by them for years,.

I'm an extremely nervous and anxious patient..I struggle to even walk through the door however I cannot praise and recommend this place enough! Yes - I'm still nervous however each time it is getting a little easier. Not once have I felt judged (despite sometimes causing abit of commotion getting in the building - This is NO fault of the dentist just my pure fear of dentists in general). I only became a patient in the last year and I haven't got a single bad word to say! All the team I have met have made me feel reassured, welcomed and are just wonderful people. I do need to give a massive shout out to my dentist Kenny! He is truly amazing! I hadn't gone to the dentist for years due to fear and now I'm on track to having perfect teeth again! He always takes his time, there's never a rush to force me into the chair and goes at my pace! I also must praise Gemma, Dave and Kirsty at reception. They're so calming and as mentioned above, have never judged. If you're reading reviews to find out which dentist surgery to sign up to...this one is the one! No hesitation!
